Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

You received the wrong size.

You received a defective or damaged product.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.

Refunds will not be credited to your bank account or original payment method.

The approved return amount will be credited as littleAndLadiez Wallet Credit, which can be used for future purchases on our store.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim a return or exchange, it is mandatory to record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing/opening video while opening your parcel. Please ensure the video:

Starts before opening the package.

Clearly shows the sealed package.

Shows the product and any defect (if applicable).

Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return or exchange request.

Important Notes

Claims made without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.

littleAndLadiez reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any return or exchange request.
